1. Introduction

This agreement governs use of the "Product Email Game." By signing up, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to play the game.

4. Account Setup

Players must register via email using double opt-in verification and accept both the privacy policy and these terms.

5. Coin Mechanics

Earning: Complete tasks, quests, follow social media, and claim via website buttons.
Usage: Unlock game content or purchase from the in-game store.
Value: Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
Transfer: Coins are non-transferable between accounts.

6. Payments

Stripe processes all payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, credit cards). Refund policy is under development.

7. User Conduct

Prohibited activities include:

• Cheating with unauthorized software
• Bug or glitch exploitation
• Disrupting others' gameplay

Violations may trigger account suspension or termination.

8. Data Collection

The operator collects first name, email, and gameplay choices, which are stored in Airtable.

9. Liability Limits

Christian Strunk is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or virtual item loss.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes proceed through arbitration in Germany.
